I have 15 years of design experience, and a lifetime of passion and drive for my talent. I am currently primarily focused on business communications and change management work, using any combination of Adobe's creative software, the Microsoft Office suite, and Google tools. I can make Powerpoint dance a jig, and InDesign and Illustrator do the hoopty-loop. I am familiar with digital and print media and the design requirements for each, corporate branding, and I am familiar with video story boarding, drawing the elements needed for animated videos, and I am able to create 'whiteboard' shorts that simulate the effect of a graphic recorder in a corporate meeting. Although most of my current work is with business communication design, I am also a skilled and passionate painter, sculptor, and multimedia artist. In the past I have illustrated books, designed book covers, puzzles, and greeting cards, and made a robot from a book (literally). I would be happy to revisit that type of project again.
An experienced, enthusiastic writer, I specialise in creating original content in a narrative format. With a writing history in the blogging, business, media, web, education, ghost, community and technical fields, combined with stellar proofreading and copy-editing abilities + superstar administration skills in diverse industries, I bring a level of quality, cost-effectiveness and professionalism to any job I undertake.
Over the last 11 years, I've worked in advertising agencies, editorials and animation pre-production studios. I have wide experience in design tools, such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop... even the old ones, like Freehand! As a freelance artist, i've done adverts, short comics, storyboards and character design. I'm seeking opportunities as an artist, a work I like the most and in which I can do my best. I have some experience designing mobile apps, too.
Let me transform your writing into something that shines... I was awarded an assistantship with the McDowell School of Law at the University of Akron. I teach workshops that focus on grammar and assist law students with writing effectively. I am currently pursuing a M.A. in Composition and a M.F.A. in Creative Writing. Writing extensively has given the knowledge to be an efficient editor and proofreader. I have created reviews for American Microreviews & Interviews and Barn Owl Review. I currently hold a 4.0. I am passionate about my craft, which is reflected in all my work. If you have any questions or wish to see samples of my writing don't hesitate to ask.

My ultramodern skill-set is continually being enhanced as I study Studio Arts, with an emphasis in illustration at BYU Idaho. I have already made some quite significant landmarks during my progress. I started a small business called Vroomation studios where I produced caricature art and mini comics for big events, Farmer’s Markets, parties, and sell online via my own webpage. Prior to this I was asked to do illustrations for a children’s book titled, ‘I Miss My Daddy.’ Super Elders is a web comic concurrent with my business, and was a success among a large audience in my mission, and in present professional relationships. Taking the direction of a professional comic artist, an organization within the entertainment industry, storyboard artist or creative director is where I intend for my path to lead.
