I have always had a passion for art. Whether it be in the form of images, videos, or even words. There has not been a time in my life where you wouldn't catch me drawing, or reading. I began teaching myself 3D Modeling my Sophomore year in High School. I fell in love with the idea of infinite possibilities and that I could create entire worlds from nothing. The feeling I still get to this day is intoxicating. When Avatar came out, the movie blew me away. Not for the story, or the characters, but for the sheer amount of beauty contained in the movie itself. The environments, character models, and creatures showed me something beyond what I had ever seen before. That was the moment I chose my career path, when I chose to work in the 3D Modeling and Visual Effects Industry. I began my education at the Art Institute of Tennessee-Nashville. The school itself was pretty decent, but the education received by the instructors was a little lax. I used the resources I was given in the school to teach myself what I needed to know to be the best 3D Modeler in my class. 1 year into the program, Ai hit a bit of a speedbump with the lawsuit by Goldman Sachs. This I took as a sign that it was time for me to move on, that the school couldn't teach me anymore. I continued to work on my class work but also on a portfolio for Vancouver Film School. I have recently graduated from Vancouver Film School as Class Representative and am currently looking for work in L.A. while also fulfilling freelance contracts on the side to keep myself busy.
