Not your ordinary oDesk designer. With professional experience in the Netherlands, Brazil, and the US, I have led creative teams on digital marketing, advertising and design projects for multinational accounts such as General Motors, VISA, McDonald's, T-Mobile, Lucas Film, AT&T, nVidia, and 20th Century Fox. My work has garnered worldwide recognition with many awards and accolades, including the prestigious Cannes Lions Cyber Grand Prix, and has been featured in Creativity Magazine as part of the best online advertising of the last 20 years. The Lost Ring, a recent project for McDonald’s, inspired Wired to coin the term “dark marketing”, had BrandWeek make it their Number One Bright Idea of the Year, and convinced New York MoMA to add it to their permanent collection. If you want something extraordinary, let's talk.

Greetings from Florida! My name is Jean Ann, and I’m an internet specialist. I love working with contemporary media. I have spent the last several years designing websites, newsletters, columns, and coordinating social media needs for entertainment professionals, small businesses and charity organizations. My education major was English, Literature, and Education, but I am fluent in web languages HTML and CSS, as well as industry-standard design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite. I have an entertainment background as well, and understand how crucial a great web presentation is for business. Social media is now an indispensable business tool. However, it can be difficult for any business professional to keep up with all the new trends in design and social networking. That’s where I come in. It’s time to put my many design, content, editing and social media skills to work on a bigger scale. Maybe that can be for you. I look forward to talking with you. Jean Ann Hand
I have a wide variety of skills that I am able to provide my clients. . Knowing exactly what the end user wants and needs results in a quality product. Being oDesk'r is not a second job for me, it is my full-time job which means high availability and the resources to turn a project into a success. I never know what the next project will be- and always love to accept, meet, and exceed a new challenge...but I won't take on a project that I don't believe I can see results from.
I am currently working as Product Development Executive in the main telco in Singapore. As part of the Product Development Team for Prepaid Services. Singtel Prepaid services includes creating prepaid plans for major OTT players like WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, Facebook as well as creating a prepaid portal(www.singtel.com/hi) which is designed for web and smartphones. Our prepaid services are then linked to Singtel application, MySingtel App by which I am also involved in the testing. Product Development has a very diverse scope but my job starts from idea generation, design, test scripts creation, testing/debugging, report & analysis. The test scripts that I create will be used by my team and other stakeholders that will perform the joint UAT & BRT. Aside from that, I also create FAQs and documentations of the different mobile prepaid services that my current employer offers to the public. These FAQs and product documentations are used internally by our Marketing and Customer Care division. Aside from that, I am an avid reader, trekker and a traveller of the world. I enjoy reading and critique article’s spelling, grammar and the contents and more importantly, it is from reading that I learn the different styles of writing.
I am currently the sole customer/technical support provider for a veteran OS X and iOS developer, resolving technical issues, isolating bugs, and writing end-user documentation. I have many years of experience in independent/freelance hardware and software support, providing services both remotely and on location. I have worked with a number of leading telecommunications providers and commercial/consumer information technology vendors to ensure their internal users and customers received access to required resources at all times. Though I do not plan to leave my current position, I'm always interested in additional remote support opportunities, particularly in the Apple Mac OS X and iOS market. If you're an independent developer who needs a hand with your support workload, I would love to hear from you.
