In high school days, i already exposed in kitchen errands because of my father who work in resort. So every vacation i do part time job to that resort. I also have summer job there by waiter. Basically i have an idea how do resort works. and by the time in college, when i going to on the job training, i seek my job by my own, and i hired in another resort and hotel in One month without pay. first, in housekeeping department and half a month a waiter. I do not have award to introduce but a crew there says "your like a old crew here, cause you have capability to do the same as regular crew". for me that compliment is payment for my hard work there, and its motivate me to do much better. My last job is in Fast food and i am in kitchen crew, i have awarded rookie of the month in my first month and best in station until end of contract, and have a chance to continue until last month.
