That is why, in the next 67 seconds, I am going to show you how you can... 2x2x2 YOUR BUSINESS in the next 90 days. THE MINDSET To grow your business, you have to change the way you look at it. If you see it like a one thing, that is probably why you feel stuck. To get unstuck, you should start seeing it as a 3 segment entity. Segment # 1: Pre sales (Getting leads) Segment # 2: Sales (Leads to Customers) Segment # 3: Post sales - (Customers to Clients) Got it? Great. Now, lets... 2x2x2 YOUR BUSINESS 2x Pre sales Step 1: Analyze where are you getting traffic from. Step 2: Analyze how much are you converting it into leads. Step 3: Come up with ways to double the conversion % + add more channels. 2x Sales Use the "Mcdonald's method." When you buy a burger from Mcdonald’s they make ~ 18 cents. That is why they coined the famous “Would you like fries with that” question that combined with buying an extra coke, brings ~ 1.50. This means: every time someone buys Product A, offer them Upsale 1, Upsale 2 and/or Upsale 3 i.e. aim to double your profit per sale. 2x Post Sales After someone buys your product/service, you should immediately start the “Constant Contact” or “Top of mind” strategy. This means, that you start using direct email, email, sms, phone, social media and retargeting to educate and help her solve other problems. Do it!
