My biggest strengths reside in film, both narrative and documentary. Whether you need a script written, a video filmed, or footage edited I am an ideal candidate. After 6 years of intensive work at the age of 27 I have completed my first feature length film. A documentary about artist led activism during the AIDS crisis in NYC in the 1980s and 90s. Like most first films our team was small and I had to wear many hats including, director, writer and editor. This taught and made me proficient at every step of the process including, proposal writing, grant writing (my film received grants from both Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and Art Matters), creating film budgets, developing an overall aesthetic for a project, editing the feature film as well as promotional material and managing both production and post-production crews. With my film now entering festivals I am looking to expand my horizon by working with many different people on a variety of different projects.
