I have no problem with strict deadlines and can work anytime day or night in order to get the job done. I pride myself on quick turnaround times as well as exceeding expectations on finished projects. My goal is always to deliver within 24 hours of hiring. Customer Service is something that I believe should always be conducted at highest level. I am happy to check in at given times to provide updates as client needs. I pride myself on open communication at all times. As always complete discretion is mandatory and I have no problem deleting all files as soon as work is complete and accepted by client. I will never use work in my portfolio unless given explicit consent by client. I have all the tools needed for transcription; headphones, pedal and Express Scribe Pro.
