I help them draft court papers, I coach them on arguments to make to the judge, and I ghost-write letters and settlement documents. This part of my practice is now expanding into assisting other lawyers who have a temporary surplus of work and need experienced assistance. I also have a small trusts, estates, and tax planning practice. I run a "virtual office," meaning nearly all communication will be electronic. For my clients' convenience, I have a San Francisco telephone and fax number. This structure allows me to pass substantial reductions in attorney's fees to my clients, while still providing the quality representation of an experienced and licensed lawyer in California and federal law.
