The work that a good PPC Manager does should, over time, bring measurable benefits that exceed the person's fee. This is the standard I hold myself to with any account on which I work. My experience is extensive: I've successfully managed PPC programs with monthly spend ranging from under $1,000 to close to $45,000. I hold certifications for AdWords (and am a Google Partner), Bing, and Google Analytics, and I also constantly seek out new learning opportunities (conferences, webinars, etc...) for my clients' ultimate benefit.
