Hi, My name is Mark Raybin. I am a multi-talented graphic designer. My main strengths are Adobe Photoshop CS6, Flash CS4 - 6 and Edge, I am also well rounded with the rest of the creative suite. I enjoy challenging projects that test my skills and allow me to learn new techniques and methods. I also enjoy working with digital images and creating flash animations. I am readily available. I can usually respond within a couple of minutes to any question or concern. When I am not working I like to read, cook, practice guitar; But mostly I enjoy spending time with my wife and three kittens. I am very reliable and a friendly person to work with and I always have a fast turnaround. I like to tackle projects individually giving each project and each of my clients my undivided attention. I look forward to working with you. 5+ Years working with: Flash Photoshop InDesign Dreamweaver
Over the last several years I have developed many websites using a variety of methods. I enjoy the flexibility that CSS/XHTML provides, so that is my medium of choice - all of my work is standards-compliant (XHTML 1.0 strict), and I have also converted many outdated sites into standards-compliant sites with table-free CSS layouts and improved functionality, leading to a better overall user experience. In addition to web coding, I have extensive experience in photography and traditional graphic design. My goal is always to produce sites that are as visually appealing as they are functional. I also have experience working with ColdFusion, Flash, PHP, JavaSript, and related technologies, and can convert PSD files into themes for Wordpress, Joomla, osCommerce, and similar formats, with great attention to detail and retention of full functionality. I believe in keeping 'the big picture' in mind - I incorporate SEO techniques into every project, and plan projects to allow for future expansion and updates.
As a Flash game engine programmer, I am adept with the low-level engines for browser-based, 2D, single-player Flash games writing ActionScript 3. My own Flash games have also been sponsored, and I have coded over 50 Flash game engines for clients. Services and terms: 1). Programming and development of the game engine for single-player, 2D, browser-based Flash, non-ad game(s). This is game engine programming exclusively, and does not include designing the game(s), content management, building the web page(s) on which the game(s) might be hosted, or implementing or configuring other server-side resources (high-scoring, login system, user accounts, web scripting, databases, etc.) 2). An ideal minimum duration for the project should be at least 3 months. The project must be for the development of a new game engine, thus, not modifying an existing one, unless I was the previous, sole developer of that engine, and the engine has not been modified by someone else after I have worked on it. Furthermore, the project must not include integration onto third party social sites, such as Facebook, nor must the target platform designate mobile devices. An exception here is if I produce a Flash SWF, then send it to you (as the engine would be complete at this point), then on your end, you convert/port it to your desired platform. 3). Game design details, gameplay mechanics, media (graphics and audio) must already be provided. This includes, but not limited to concepts, gameplay rules, scoring systems, and user interface layouts/functionality. Please contact me if you have any questions.
Responsible for creating interactive online content, including games, advertisements, dynamic website intros and rich internet applications using Adobe Flash. Knowledge of other creative programs and Internet technologies. Familiar with usability and interaction design principles.

Hi, I'm Jon Simpson - thank you for visiting my profile. I am a multi-media artist and producer that specializes in creating across a broad range of visual, audio and conceptual contexts. Since earliest memory I have been very diversely creative and I am now utilizing a wide array of professional design tools that channel that ever-expanding experience within the digital realm. As a "generalist" artist I seek to master and stay current with each software tool, not merely to maintain cutting edge capability, but also to maximize and expand the creative options available to myself and my clients. My primary video/2D animation software is Adobe After Effects (5 years), which is now integrated with and partnering with Maxon's Cinema 4D, my 3D software. I am currently ranked in the top 20 out of more than 6,000 on the oDesk After Effects skills test, and in the top 2 percentile on the basic English skills test. For audio, I have been producing in Adobe Audition for over 10 years, everything from music composition (5 instruments across diverse genres, including full symphonic orchestration), to managing multi-language voice overs, world-class singers, genuine foley sound effects, podcasts, instructional courses, children's stories and more: http://www.reverbnation.com/AvalonStudios I also have more than 7 years of experience in Photoshop and Flash and over 3 years with Illustrator, Camtasia and Cinema 4D. Educationally, I have a Bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of North Florida with subsequently highly developed critical writing skills, able to help you with scripts, articles, copy, editing and much more. I am in the -5 GMT time zone but as I am willing to accommodate any time zone and schedule, my availability is very flexible and generous. Contract-wise, I enjoy doing various kinds of projects but I am also interested in developing long-term relationships in more specific contexts with individuals and organizations I resonate with. Please enjoy examples of my work in my oDesk portfolio, read client reviews, and feel free to contact me, even if you just have questions and want to explore possibilities. I look forward to the opportunity of creating with you! Jon
