Hello! I am a certified Instructional Designer. For over 10 years I designed and developed training videos for a biotech company. These videos were "Show Me/Screencast" videos that were used in the companies on-line university to train clients. I provided the voice overs for all the videos I developed as well as the content. I can develop basic demo videos, narrate content to existing videos and create fully developed computer based training. I have completed several jobs here on oDesk, from developing Show me and Explainer videos using Camtasia, Captivate, Keynote and Power point (including writing scripts and performing the voiceovers) to voiceovers for advertisements, clinics, and other technical services, book readings as well as Voicemails. My core competences include VoiceOver, Show Me and Explainer/screencast development using Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, PowerPoint and Keynote. I have excellent project management and leadership skills. I am equipped to work in an at home environment and have a home studio for recording. I will provide you with high quality files in a timely manner. As a learning professional with proven success in the learning industry, I’ve learned through experience that adults learn using one basic model: Tell, Show, Do. Tell the learner what they need to know, show it to them visually and let them do, or use, the information you’ve provided. I strongly believe in this model and have seen the results of it time and time again. This model is at the heart of every course I create, regardless of the topic. For live samples of my work, please visit www.christinaslearning.com In addition to my industry experience, I am a hard-working dedicated professional with a strong work ethic. I believe in open communication with my peers, clients and SMEs and provide regular updates to keep everyone informed of a project’s status. I encourage open feedback and expect all to be actively involved in the design process so that a course is created that meets the learners' needs and expectations.
