The most crucial part is that we train newly hires and be familiar with the tools, process and chat flow to be able to assist customer in a limited time. Daily reports are also sent to the managers to see the daily progress of the class and also to make sure that the agenda is working, if not, then additional steps are necessarily done to deep dive on the problem and make a great solution out of it. Meet up with the recruitment department and operations team to calibrate on the targets and be able to have one goal achieved before agent graduates and be sent on the floor.
