I have an MSW from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in social work and business in a global society. I completed my BLA in humanities with an emphasis in history and liberal arts at the Notre Dame of Maryland University. Specialty: I specialize in organizational development, employee engagement, employee wellness, community relations, work place mediation, community mediation, human inter-relations and cross cultural education and communication. I also create programs addressing these issues, perform trainings and create brochures to teach effective communication skills between groups in conflict within the work place and in neighborhoods.     I am currently a bachelor of commerce candidate studying Human Resources. I hold the Director of Communications title for one of the extracurricular student groups I am involved with. My role includes drafting, editing, and emailing students and other faculty members our frequent newsletters detailing our events and success stories. Before entering university, I was accepted as a volunteer student journalist for a website providing an online community to post-secondary students where they could exchange course notes and study material. The articles I have written were shared on social media sites including Twitter and Facebook. Shortly after, I worked for the same company, but as a marketing associate. I currently hold a Class I Bachelor of Arts with Honours in History - the highest grade in the UK. With the successful completion of my work, the department acknowledged my contribution on two occasions; I was awarded the Sally Williams Prize for Special Merit during 2012-13 and the J. B. Weller Dissertation of the Year in 2014. I am currently working in the Houses of Parliament in the UK and regularly undertake ad hoc research, produce material on policy issues, and compile and collate textual and numerical data - in synchronicity with a variety of different tasks within competing deadlines - and therefore have sufficiently developed the basic tenets central to primarily those with written or research-centric requirements.
