After more than 7 years of continuous progression and achievement, including 3 years in leadership positions providing excellent operations, accounts and program management, I am ready to take the next step in my career. I am writing to introduce myself as a strong candidate for home based virtual Project Manager, telemarketing associate, general and operational management positions that you may be seeking to fill for any company and As a leader, I am particularly valued for my ability to come into ambiguous and unprecedented situations, serving as both a trailblazer and a change agent to bring teams together, set new standards, and achieve seemingly impossible goals. A good illustration of this was my achievements as being an employee of the month for the whole company, promoted on a higher position in less than a year. For over 7 years of call center experience I have been a team leader and quality assurance within this span, my growth and promotion has always been at my side as a result of my impressive performance. As a team leader I have worked closely with agents and supports them specially in solving a technical issue, as I was in that position I have worked in an inbound call center. Being a quality analyst, I initially worked as a telemarketer and campaign associates for multiple campaigns that are mostly IT and Business continuance campaign. In the latter part I was promoted in being a quality analyst where in I scrutinize and carefully check submitted appointments starting from the agent's calls down to the documentation prior to being approved and forwarded to the clients. This includes checking how they deliver an opening speil, how they use proper English pronunciation and grammar, down to building rapport with prospects, answering initial questions, gathering right and exact information and strictly implemented proper documentation. And I am never scared of disqualifying an appointment to allow the agents to learn and enhance what they know and also on the other hand teaches them in doing the right things.
I am a pure breed Filipino proud to say that I fluently speak Tagalog, Visayan and is able to commune in English without an accent.
