    My objective is to restart to utilize my skills and experience in account analysis of income and expenses and office administration gained through years at Hitachi America IT environment. IT Accountant/Administrative Assistant Description: With SAP software, prepare monthly close for IT Group including monthly accruals, reclass entries, account maintenance, set up amortization expense, process invoices and payment requests and charge backs for month-end close, coordinate with IT Group, Accounts Payable Dept, Credit Dept, Purchasing Dept, and Finance Dept for open transactions required to be settled for month-end close, follow up with vendors and customers, review expenses and income. With Excel application, prepare monthly invoice requests for IT customers (fixed and non fixed amounts); coordinate with IT Group management, staff, Finance Dept, and Credit Dept. Communicate with customers as required Review IT Group vendor documents and expense reports for compliance with company policy, business purpose, and as a component to budget. Coordinate with IT Group management, staff, Finance Dept, and accounts Payable Dept. Communicate with vendors as required. Perform projects and administrative tasks as required by IT management: assign Project ID, process purchase requests, process purchase orders, review and reconcile IT Dept Amex report, assist in processing telephone bills and reconcile communication accounts, coordinate with Purchasing Dept, follow up with vendors, review and approve expense reports, handle IT attendance record, coordinate with Human Resources, communicate with IT management and IT staff regarding miscellaneous IT matters, perform ad hoc tasks, assignments, and requests. Perform all aspects of customer invoice requests, vendor invoice payment requests and employee expense reports for IT Group. Require little guidance and resolve most issues independently. Accomplishment: Work extra hours and put in extra effort as needed to complete closing on time, pay attention to details to ensure accurate entries are posted for month-end close. Keep an open communication with IT management, IT staff, Division contacts, and Division accountants as required for month-end close. Thus enable for clear understanding of Hitachi IT business flow, processes, and procedures for efficient month-end close. Put priority and extra effort to ensure customers, especially those in Japan and Europe will receive the invoice on time. Most of the time customer invoice is issued with back up PDF file to ensure customer satisfaction. Put extra effort to ensure deadlines are met for month-end closing and task requests, raise and communicate issues of concern, address matters that are unclear, and ask questions for clarity to achieve desired result for reasonable analysis and solution. Ensure that issues and matters that need to be addressed to IT management and IT staff are communicated verbally or through e-mail. Follow through and ask questions to parties concerned to prevent problems from reoccurring. Always communicate with IT Group until matters are reconciled. Enable the IT Group to smoothly and efficiently run its business with accounting and administrative assistance. Fulfill tasks and responsibilities with diligence and pay attention to details. Proactive in initiating task for matters at hand. Keep an open communication with IT management for matters that need consideration for resolution. Maintain communication with IT staff and contacts and follow through with tasks and requests from IT Group to ensure no interruption in IT business.  less
