    Currently I am a college sophomore pursuing a bachelors in Spanish Education. I have some experience in virtual and in person Customer Service. Since I have been in college I have involved myself as an ambassador for the Honors Program as well as a member of the Executive Board as the Community Service chair for an organization on campus. As an Honors Ambassador I advertise the Honors Program to prospective students that meet the criteria and give them insight on what it is like as a freshman honors student. On the executive board I serve as the spokes person for the organization and what we do to improve and help out in the community surrounding the university. In high school I was the school events coordinator during my junior and senior year. Under the guidance of the assistant principal I scheduled guest speakers for special school events that covered all grades and times. I called out, made the speaker schedules, teacher schedules and designated time periods for speeches. Before coming to college I worked at a small Gluten-Free bakery in Philadelphia as Store Front Manager. In this job I restocked shelves, assisted customers with questions, operated the cashier, logged petty cash, logged customer emails as well as took over the phone orders and logged them into a calendar.  less
