    To be able to work where I can contribute in the fulfillment of an entity while expanding my knowledge within the organization to pursue my dream and by giving good service and to enhance more skills needed, fully develop capabilities in managing different situations which my job/duty will call and to learn other things from once I have acquired in our Institution and previous experience. I have been a consistent A-teamer in the BPO industry for more than four years now., I am taking calls and catering service internationally for both Sales, Customer Service as well as Catalog phone orders and Appointment setting.I was Hired as a catalog agent before for 6 months then i was transferred to Customer Service dept what we do is set up appointment for callers who are interested on installing cable on their place we also assist callers who have concern and queries about their subscription.After 2 mos of stayin there I was Transferred to Universal Market what we do there is sell bunches of products like infomercial products computers appliances and a lot more.We also set appointments and we assist callers who are applying loans online.then after UV I decided to apply to different account within Cyber City and that's Simplexity.I can say that this is a lot challenging because we offer phones and plan to our caller..I enjoyed working there because i love challenges and I love learning lots of things..I dont get discouraged easily..after offering phones we then offer Insurance and accesories to their phones that matches their needs.I attended lots of Trainings which helps me a lot in improving my phone etiquette and my overall performance as a call center agent.Staying in a call center company for almost 5 years teaches me a lot and helps me to converse freely and fluently.  less
