I developed a business plan for a struggling tri-national group of foundations the both created a roadmap for the development of a pediatric hospital and within 9 months led to an increase in their endowment from US$150k to $2,5 million. I co-led a group of 24 staff members to create over US$1.5 million in annual savings without cutting budgets nor staff. I coached a small business owner to become independent of my coaching as he developed the organizational skills to fully manage his business.
