    Predominantly I run my own company Samantha-Katherine Associate Ltd which combines a number of services relating to image both public and personal. I run an Events Management and Public Relations service within the company as well as freelance contracts in PR and Marketing that I greatly enjoy working on. I am a qualified Journalist (qualified in 1999), Counsellor/Life Coach/Psychotherapist, also qualified in Business Management, Project Management, Marketing and International Business & Growth. Published writer (novels and articles); my articles have covered a wide range of subjects from mental health, physical health, fitness and well-being, to relationships and sexuality. From a Freelance perspective I provide a wide range of services to other business including support services such as copy-writing, press releases and articles, and more executive assignments such as marketing/pr consultancy, business/executive coaching and consultancy and business planning. I also work part time as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist providing Person Centred Therapy for Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Body Confidence, Eating Disorders, and Victims of crime against the person. My qualifications include: Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Project Management, Certificate in Marketing, Certificate in International Business, Diploma in Psychology, Counselling and Psychotherapy and also Advanced Diploma in Psychiatry and Mental Health. Last but not least I run a charitable organisation called Iaso Foundation which provides advocacy & support to patients with chronic and debilitating illnesses and helps other charities to raise awareness of these conditions.
