There must be a commitment to a full-on, often exhaustive effort and focus. This is a space I've lived in for over 20 years, successfully and repeatedly. My strengths lie in visionary business planning and strategy. I can take role as an advisor, collaborator, and/or team member to execute on plans or strategic initiatives. I develop Business Plans, Strategic Plans, Operational plans (Marketing, Sales, and/or Technical), create financials, and help recruit top management.
