With an academic background in accounting and corporate finance, I have 30 years' experience advising companies on matters of financial management, accounting, tax, and quantitative analysis. I was formerly in the public accounting field---on the staff of a CPA firm---for a number of years, specializing in the area of corporate and partnership tax law, but also advising clients of every size and industry on general tax, accounting, and business financial management projects.
