Managed a team of global treasurers and led weekly global cash meetings. NewPage Paper Co. Developed a flexible, five year, three statement integrated financial model for a $3 billion paper manufacturer used to create the company’s Plan of Reorganization and to obtain $600 million of DIP financing. Canadian Franchise Operator Designed a dynamic store-level P&L and cash flow model that detailed the profitability of 430 restaurants for a $400 million Canadian franchise operator. Hartmarx Corporation Built a thirteen week cash flow model for a $500 million apparel manufacturer used to obtain $160 million of DIP financing which resulted in the successful 363 sale of the company.
