I'm interested in finding freelance work as a social media manager (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN), web content writer (low priority), and virtual assistant. I am a very good writer with impeccable grammar and communication skills.
I am currently working as a freelance social media manager for oDesk in addition to working as a PR and Communications Officer for jobsDB Philippines (www.jobsdb.com.ph). I was also a Group Content Editor for jobsDB and writes job seeker articles for Malaysia, HongKong, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines as well as manages social media content for Malaysia and Philippines social media accounts (Google+, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Blogs).
Additional tasks include content editing, eDM copywriting, and social media content management.
Previously worked as a Web Content Writer for an SEO/IT Company. Adept at all forms of writing including Blogs, PR, Magazine Features, On Page Content and Syndicated Articles.

Prior to online web writing, I have worked as a long-time Sales and Customer Service professional with almost 10 years of relevant experience working for top clients such as American Express, Expedia, Hotwire, AT&T and Microsoft.
In the course of my professional journey, I have developed excellent Sales and Customer Service, research and writing skills that allow me to quickly respond to customer queries and go above and beyond customer expectations, meet Sales quota and write reports, letters, and more.
