    I have been working in a BPO and financial industry since 2007. I started as a Customer representative for Microsoft and got promoted as a Quality Analyst after a year. I worked for the company for 3 years then I stepped up and had a career with JP Morgan Chase Bank and worked as a Fraud Operations Expert. After 2 years, I decided to get out of my comfort zone and start working in a different turf, I fortunately got a job from ADP as a payroll expert, where in I process end to end payroll for small businesses in the United states. Then I heard about home based careers and it made me really excited and interested in working from home. In this way I can manage my own time, be with my family at all times and I am very much determined to be successful in this career.  less
