I have been working there for a year and 6 Months then I worked for Teletech Bacolod for 2 months as a Technical Support / Customer Service For Charter Cable then I was hired in Panasiatic Bacolod for 6 months as Technical Support / Customer Service for straight talk wireless my support is with Phone Activation and doing replacements for bad orders like defective sims and phones then I have worked in Convergys Bacolod as a Chat Support for 3 years. We are supporting inquiry, product escalation, order entry and technical support after 3 years I was transfered to Voice for upselling and technical support. I have been a mentor as well in handling irate customers for the team. I also collect data for surveys from the customer and find ways to improve our team to be the best.
