I have been working in the mainframe arena for over 30 years and during that time I have worked on a variety of projects in both government and private sector. I worked for the Irish Government for 11 years the last 2 being in IT at the Revenue Commissioners. I spend most of the next 18 years in the US (1982 - 2000). Returned to Ireland and trained on RPG/AS400 and did contract at Smurfitt and Co, Dublin Ireland (1 yr).
