Hi, my name is Aika Patao. I have been working in the BPO industry for almost 6 years now.Through my past employment and growth, I excel much in providing customer needs, if not creating it for them. My first job was with SITEL, where I worked as a CSR for a telecom account. We were trained how to handle billing concerns, basic trouble shooting and how to handle irate customers. My second job was with Microsourcing Inc, I was a directory associate for yellow book. Our job is to answer simple inquiries about business and residential listings in the USA. I also worked as a lead generation associate in ACCESS WORLDWIDE for a school campaign. Our main task is to gather some basic profile information of our customers that are potentially willing to go back to school. In Teletech, I was a CSR for an Autralian telecom account, and I was working in the billing dept. Last year, I worked as an outbound appointment setter for a UK alarm system company. Our main job is to raise an awareness about home security and at the same time promote and sell the company's alarm system. As a previous outbound agent, we have been trained to provide customer information of our products and tailor-fit them to their needs, lifestyle, financial capabilities and location. And currently, I am working as a customer advocate for US AUTOPARTS in the customer service department. My main job as an advocate is to help our agents solve customer's concerns, and handle escalated issues. My job experiences thought me a lot. Like how to handle stress effectively, how to approach life positively, and how to deal with different types of persons professionally. I am very hardworking, and always motivated to work. I can work asap, and will give my 100% in any job given to me.
