    Working in a Call Center Industry for almost four years sure has sharpened my Customer Service Skills. But I was a Mass Communication graduate, and I felt like I have more to offer than the services I have provided the three Call Centers I have worked with. This is why I wanted to do Home-based jobs. I can multitask. There are opportunities for me to continue enhancing my CSR expertise, as well as learn new tasks and develop more abilities. After graduating Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication in 2008, I was one of those Filipinos who seek opportunities in the growing BPO industry in the Philippines. Lucky enough, I landed my first job in Teletech Dumaguete and was a CSR in a Health Insurance Account. I stayed in the company for 2 years then moved to Convergys, another international Call Center Company based in Cebu City. In Convergys I was a CSR of Sprint, an international Telecommunications Company in the U.S. Then I decided I wanted to stay home with my family, so I came back to Dumaguete City and got employed in SPi CRM. I was one of the company’s pioneering CSRs for its Healthcare Account. After a year of being a CSR in SPi CRM I got promoted into an Offshore Quality Assurance Specialist. We audit CSRs in the SPi Tinley, Springfield and Greensboro Offices.  less

    After I finished Bachelor of Science in Nursing I immediately worked as a customer service representative in one of the biggest telecommunication company based in the U.S.A. for almost 3 years where I was trained and had mastered my English skills. After working in call center I've become a frellancer and working mostly to clients via odesk as an email specialist, lead specialist and as a customer service representative again. Being a customer service representative trained me to become more sensitive to people's satisfaction and needs. I learned how to be more patient, understanding and hardworking individual to assist the customers and to meet the company's expectations. I was also able to learn how to do multitasking like listening to the reason for call,jotting down necessary information, come up for a solution to assist the customers and to provide options and up sell other products of the company. I really enjoyed my previous job that I decided to continue this career. I know how to use the Microsoft Office Tools,knows how to navigate websites and how to communicate via live online chat to assist the customer and just in case that I will be needing other tools to assist customers I am very much willing to undergo trainings.
