In addition I have achieved various GCSEs including A* grade at English Literature, A grade at English Language and C grade in Mathematics. I have worked as a training administrator which involved booking delegates onto courses using a database, arranging room hire, refreshments and preparing hand-outs. My previous employment involved data entry onto an in-house database as part of processing Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. This involved a high level of accuracy and dealing with highly confidential information. I have also undertaken typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, emailing, scanning, Internet research and the creation/formatting of documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
