    I have good experience in data entry, writing, and customer service. I was an encoder for 5 years and my typing speed is 70 words per minute, with high accuracy. I've been writing since I was 12 years old and have won first place in 3 out of 3 essay writing competitions that I have joined. I was a customer service representative for a BPO company for a little more than a year and have been recognized for my Customer Satisfaction ratings. I was also an I.P. relay operator for 6 months. I'm currently enjoying my job as a transcriber here in oDesk. I love what I do, and I look forward to a long, enjoyable career here.  less

    As a transcriptionist I've been working with transcripts of webinars and energylaw classes/lectures. I am an experienced audio typist, having worked for a major high street bank and an insurance company for over 15 years. I was also responsible for proof-reading transcripts. I can either transcribe your file verbatim, or I can leave out false starts and umm’s, kind of’s, okay’s, etc. I deliver very good TAT (8 hours for 1 hour of audio, with included proofreading). I pay a lot of attention to research and when it comes to working on some things I'm not that familiar with I always strive to get the names and all the spellings correct. I always proof my work before handing it back to my clients. I have an excellent command of the English language both written and spoken and can understand a wide variety of accents without difficulty. I give meticulous attention to detail and my work is always well presented and accurate. I want to create a harmonious relationship with prospective clients and I will strive to give a top class service at all times.  less
