My name is Wesley Soza; I know that what brought you here is the need to fill an opening at your company and that you are looking for the best customer service agent for you clients that you can get at an affordable price. I know that if you take a couple of minutes and read over my profile; you will feel comfortable knowing that you have found the right person! I have over 1,250 oDesk hours worked; 5 star ratings and wonderful feedback from my previous employers. You can rest assure that I will work just as hard for you as I have with those that also gave me their trust when they were in need for excellent service and attention to details.
I grew up in Southern California and decided to relocate to Managua, Nicaragua in 2010 in order to be near my relatives. I am fluent in both English and Spanish; which allows me to provide bilingual services for my clients. My objectives are to bring forth a professional attitude to the projects that I’m hired for in order to excel in the company and the campaign. With great work ethic and dedication. Hoping that I someday may grow within the company and show the skills that I am capable of providing to it.
The best thing is that I am near shore; so time difference is not a problem. Actually, my current UTC is only: 1 Hr. behind EST, 2 Hr. ahead of PDT, currently even with Central. Allowing me to guarantee to you that I can work flexible hours.
I focus on getting the job done the right way on the first approach. I always approach all tasks with a positive attitude; that way I can make sure I put forth 110% of me for the work that you require; I have been a customer service representative for 4 1/2 years now. I also have call center supervising experience from running the customer service department of www.peoplemedia.com (a sister company to match.com) at Stream Global Services Nicaragua, due to my leadership attitude and motivation to go the extra mile all the time.
I know how important the 3 Basic elements of excellent service.
1.) Developing a customer-friendly attitude.
2.) Expanding your definition of service.
3.) Reconsidering who your customers are.
The difference between knowing them and living them takes commitment and practice.
I know some very important statistics on customer service as well:
1.) Consumers spend up to 10 percent more for the same product with better service.
2.) When consumers receive good service, they tell an average of 9 to 12 other people about it.
3.) When consumers receive poor service, they tell up to 20 people about it.
4.) The likelihood that customers will repurchase from or patronize a company when- ever their complaints are handled quickly and pleasantly is 82 percent.
5.) When service is poor, 91 percent of retail customers refuse to go back to a store.
Communication is not just about talking. It is also about; body language, writing having empathy for your clients and in today’s world online interaction. That’s something that I take pride in when providing my services. It’s too easy call oneself a Customer Service Agent in order to make a profit out of this line of business; however, it takes passion, dedication to this L.O.B to be the best Customer Service Specialist that one can be. This is what I strive for everyday that I wake up!
I know what essentials are needed for my job; during the time that I've worked through oDesk I've invested part of my earnings in order to provide my clients with better support. I know count with both Internet and Electrical backups in order to try to avoid any interruptions of my work and make sure that you get coverage for the hours of services required by your company.
