I've had the privilege of providing executive support to 3 international CEOs in Retail and with NGOs. This means that I have years of experience in organizing and facilitating meetings, taking notes and preparing minutes and executive reports. These work assignments also gave me the opportunity to train secretaries and personal assistants.At the moment, I only have one major objective - to be able to work from home - initially, as a Virtual Assistant - providing 'behind the scenes' support. I would like to have a position that I can take-away from. I use Microsoft Outlook (mail and calendar) as well as Excel and Word on a daily basis. My Excel skills include VLOOKUPs, Conditional Formatting, Formulas, and Pivot Tables. I use Google mail and calendar. I keep files and e-mails organized. I have Skype and FaceTime for interaction purposes.
