My name is Brian Cogan and I am a QuickBooks Advanced Certified ProAdvisor, a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor and a Licensed Certified Public Bookkeeper and I own my own QuickBooks, Bookkeeping, Income Tax, Payroll and Financial Services company in Twin Falls, Idaho. First of all, understand that I provide way more than just data entry. I offer complete support for the small business person including payroll, entity consulting, tax planning and preparation, and financial and retirement planning and investments through my broker HD Vestsm, life/health and LTC and Disability insurance, and just overall hand holding, if that's what you need. I have plenty of creative business advice. I know some strategies, trends to look for, different ways to lower your tax liability and more. I have worked (or am currently working) with clients located in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Virginia and Washington DC. I even have clients in Paris, France and Cozumel, Mexico. I have experience working with retailers, e-tailers, restaurants & bars, wholesalers, non-profits and the Real Estate and service industries. If you decide to discuss this with me further, I would be glad to provide you with a list of clients, both past and present. My usual billing for bookkeeping, etc. is monthly and based on the number of transactions, but I offer an hourly billing at a rate of $40 per hour. This rate provides you with free support calls, for those in between times. If you call me with a question or a problem, and the call is less than 15 minutes, I don't charge for the call. And I offer a flat rate on tax return preparation depending on the form that needs completed. What makes me different from any of these other providers is that the important thing to me is the relationships that I form with my clients. I am not a big CPA firm that outsources work to another country. I am also in the U.S. and can work with your time frames in your time zone.  less
