I am fluent in English, I have 7 years experience as a call center agent both doing inbound and outbound calls (handled accounts like AT&T Uverse, Telstra Bigpond)..I have experience in doing up selling and direct selling. I am responsible for doing inbound calls, up selling, order processing, answering live chats, responding to voicemail through email by doing outbound calls to customers internationally and do follow up calls to customers using our product and responding to emails. I am very professional with jobs requiring multitasking. I am very efficient with MS Office applications (Word,Excel, Powerpoint) and web based tools, My average typing speed is 50 - 60 words per minute.     I have been working in the BPO Industry as a Customer Support Representative for almost 5 years. I've worked with different clients that caters to the US, Canada, UK and other international countries. For the past two years I've been working mostly with UK clients. The company that I've worked with was one of the biggest online website in the UK. I was given an opportunity to work for them in handling Customer Support for chat, email and phone. Currently, I am working as an Email Support representative for both UK and Ireland customers. We handle emails around 80-100 a day. The average is around 60-80 depending on the emails that needs to be handled. I am searching for a long term work that I can do at the comforts of my home. I don't have any problems on working 6 days a week since I don't have to travel to get work. Being able to provide for my family's needs while enjoying their company, would be much better rather working away from them.  less

I started working as a CSR I in 2010 supporting UPS then I transferred to a telecommunications account that supports T-mobile US to which I started handling chronic callers and 2 years after, I got promoted from a CSR II to being a Technical Support Tier 2 agent. I stayed in the company for 4 years and then I was then given a privilege to be a part of another company as an Email Support under Microsoft.
