    I was first published at the age of 7 in my school newspaper and I have been writing non-stop ever since. Expression through words has always come very easy to me, and I have utilized this talent in every facet of my life. I have a degree in Fine Arts from Howard University and was able to develop my creative writing skills through my study of theater and subsequent writing and production of several plays. I have had poetry published in the 1993 Norton Anthology of Poetry and have written songs for recording artists from Polygram and Sony records. I have written web-content including bio’s for recording artists and several journalistic articles for a socio-political web-site called PlanetWaves.org. During my time at J.P. Morgan on Wall Street, The World Bank in Washington, DC and numerous law-firms, non-profit organizations and health-care facilities from temp-work for 20 years, I have perfected my technical and administrative communication skills. I have also recently just completed a film studies class with a concentration in screen-play writing and feel very excited to be able to add that skill to my training. What really gives me an advantage, I believe, is the extent to which I’ve been able to travel and experience a very rich and stimulating life. I toured with a theater company as a child in Atlanta, GA, started a career in modeling/acting/singing in New York City eventually booking a gig on an ABC TV show called “CityKids” and have been fortunate to be able to perform in and travel to many places around the world including Hong Kong, Cuba and London. I have an insatiable curiosity that has led to a resourceful ability towards internet research; coupled with an un-quenchable need to read and know everything, I am a great writer! I am also one of the minority of creative “types” who also values punctuality and high standards in being of service. In any case, it seems that I can’t go a day without writing . . . at present one of my future goals is to learn to write in Spanish.
