    I strive for the best !!! I've been working as a VA/Web Researcher/Recruiter through oDesk since five years. My duties in this period includes but not limited to internet research, data entry, recruiting oDesk contractors, project management, transcribing audio/video files to word documents (both medical/general transcription), translation (English-Nepali-Chinese), article re/writing, and document formatting and reviewing, account sign up and article posting, and updating blog article (wordpress) and forum posting. Having undertaken different projects during this tenure, I've gained lots of insight on project management, how to handle projects, delegate work, maintain smooth communication, keep the team spirit high, good coordination and cooperation, the key skills required for management and success of project. I've strong command over both written and spoken English. I've excellent computer skills including MS-word, Ms-Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop, and Acrobat.     Although I am fairly new to oDesk I have managed to gain some great feedback from a few odd jobs. I am very eager to find something more long-term and fulfilling. I believe I have a fun personality and a "can-do" attitude! I look at life with the glass half full, waiting for me fill it the rest of the way. I would love the opportunity to prove myself to you. Here on oDesk, I have done various transcriptionist positions,e-mail response handling, data-entry, and virtual/administrative assistant positions. I have worked as a medical transcriptionist part time over the past few years as well. This job has taught me the importance of doing a fast and accurate job, as well as keeping it confidential. I have also worked as a receptionist and understand the importance of courteous customer service. I am a warm person and enjoy interacting with others with strong multi-task skills. I am fluent in English; it is my native tongue. I speak with an American accent, with little to no regional dialect. I am familiar with writing on an academic level as well as professional. This is easily reflected through my oDesk test scores. I also have a strong interest in other languages and am able to communicate in Spanish. I am also currently learning Chinese Mandarin and am able to communicate with beginner Mandarin. I am respectful of other cultures and different beliefs. I keep an open-mind to new ideas. I also study astrology (at home) and use it for divination. I can provide astrological readings, tarot readings, and gypsy readings.
