Administrative support has been part of my career after acquiring my Diploma in Computer Studies. Worked as a secretary and performed in different administrative task such as data encoding, email handling, phone support and web researching. I'm also proficient in providing best quality customer service and technical support for being a part of my experience as a contact center agent in one of the Telecommunication company in the country. Over the past 4 years of experience on different careers, I have developed an effective and efficient way to do tasks faster and more accurate.
