    THOM OLDEN is the name! Hello everyone! I am 24 years old and a graduate of Bachelor of Arts Major in Philosophy here in the Philippines. I started as a call center agent earning $200 a month. The first assignment I had was with a telecommunications company and I started as a customer service representative. There I learned basic call center skills and at that time, I was introduced to Odesk.com for the first time. After 1 and a half month, I resigned because I have some obligations that need to be settled and time is of essential. On September 2012, I applied to a Local Electric Distributor and was hired as an Administrative Secretary and I performed my jobs well. After 3 months, I was promoted into an Assistant Executive Secretary and stayed for a year. But the compensation was not enough for I only earn $166 a month. It was then that I decided to become a freelancer and for the past month, everything is going well. I hope that becoming a part of Odesk.com will make things even better.
