HEINEKEN-ZAGORKA Brewery – one of the leading brewing companies in Bulgaria. I must say that this is The Academy. I found what a corporation means – for the public and for the employees part of it. I was part of the managing team in huge projects such as the CSR activities, partnership initiatives, and many more. I was manager of the museum of beer “World of Zagorka”. I learned how to work in a highly professional level – with colleagues, partners and with subcontractors, how to pay attention to the smallest details and how important the expressions are within an organization. My experience in ARTIST foundation helped me to create patience and to work with people from different levels of the hierarchy, different nationalities, and with different problems. Children without parents and tough past were part of our team, but they also had huge will for personal development – they were (and still are) acting like real actors in artistic projects for dances, plays and workshops. What I have learned – how to communicate with media, to write press-releases and to organize my time as I had non-fixed working hours. J-Point – the digital printing experts - this wide format printing house is one of the biggest in Bulgaria – with tons of clients and tasks. There I learned a lot about digital printing and the wide range of printed materials – for outdoor and indoor application. And the most important – I learned how to meet very short deadlines and handle several projects at the same time. Personal I am glad that all jobs that I have been taking helped me to develop qualities and variety of skills, which I find useful in my personal life. I became well-organized; I started prioritizing tasks even when I go to vacations. I could say that now I am more communicative than 3-4 years ago, and started enjoying life as it comes. This made my life full of colours and I developed myself in a creative and inspired direction.  less
