However, I decided to join the freelancing world where there's more flexibility and freedom; hence I'm available to work full time. During my time with the organisation, I did all the duties and roles of a HR specialist which included email handling, interviewing potential candidates, recruiting (where I sometimes used job boards such as LinkedIn, Monster and ZipRecruiter), carrying out the induction process, performance evaluation, motivating employees, rewarding, strategic planning, benchmarking and offering administrative support whenever needed among others.
