Projects undertaken have ranged from short articles to major reports on European environmental regulation, ICT outsourcing and the Latin American mobile market (2014). Other work has included country telecoms market reports and company profiles; desktop and telephone research on strategic or technological topics; analysis of global and regional cloud-computing and M2M markets; maintenance of a specialist database on telecoms BSS/OSS contracts; industry analyses and market forecasts; and detailed analytical reports on the media performance of major corporations across a range of industry sectors. Most of my work as a professional researcher, writer and analyst has been focused on the global telecoms industry, with particular expertise on European and Latin American markets (especially broadband infrastructure roll-outs and product marketing, and mobile networks and services), and telecoms and networked IT (especially the BSS/OSS sector and cloud computing).
