    My name is Veronica Tina Bouwhuis from the Philippines. I'm a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate last 2007. I'm currently working here at oDesk as an Email and Chat Support for 99designs after I retired at Convergys as a Subject Matter Expert. I worked with them for more than 6 years. My first job after graduating from college was for Convergys as a Technical Support Representative for TimewarnerCable which is one of the largest ISP's in the US. We handle Internet troubleshooting and email support for our customers. After almost 3 years, I got transferred as one of the pioneer agents for a Tier 1 account still for TimewarnerCable where we handle billing and sales. I got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert where I help manage a set of agents for performance development. We submit reports every week and do a read out every month for the progress of these agents. I learned to be proficient in using MS Office applications like MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint since this is what we use for our reports and presentations. I'm glad that I decided to work here in oDesk as I'm able to manage my time well and get to enjoy working at home.  less
