I've got excellent phone etiquette and a professional polite and friendly voice tone. I've got previous experiences with programs such as Actimizer and Salesforce. My spoken Italian is clear loud and accent-free, great for voice-over. I've created italian subtitles from anglophone audio for an animation series called "The Animals of Farthing Wood", and italian subtitles from written english for a japanese anime called "Minami-ke".
