I have experience in a wide variety of content including, but not limited to, financial, legal, and medical. I've transcribed such things as podcasts, YouTube videos, focus groups, financial analyst meetings, government hearings, interviews, court proceedings, and depositions, to name a few. I have experience with accents. I have my own equipment, and I conduct business in a professional, confidential manner with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. On average, 60 minutes of audio takes about 4 hours to transcribe. My accuracy rate is above 99%. Services offered: Transcription of prerecorded audio file(s) in American English done in Microsoft Word format. (Note: All other languages spoken will be noted as to have been spoken, but will not be translated/transcribed.) Transcripts are done as clean verbatim unless true verbatim is specifically requested. Clean Verbatim: The omission of non-verbal utterances such as uh, umm, ;double-doubled; words and st-st-stutters;. True Verbatim: The uh and umm, double-doubled, st-st-stutters; and other non-verbal utterances are transcribed. I have templates that I use, but if you have your own that you would prefer, that's fine too. Turnaround time is negotiable. With several thousand jobs under my belt in 15 years I have never missed a deadline. Feedback is an excellent indicator of the service and quality you can expect to get! I have many repeat clients and great reviews to prove it! One of the biggest mistakes companies can make is sacrificing the quality of the work in order to save a few dollars. In the end you will spend more time and money trying to get it corrected. I DO NOT use speech to text software as it is not reliable and will require quite a bit of editing and proofing to make it accurate. Beware of providers who state they can get your job done quickly because they utilize this type of software! I proof all of my work prior to submitting and I capture every word! I make every effort to satisfy all of my clients needs when it comes to budget and turnaround. If there are any necessary changes I am more than happy to make them! Invite my bid today! Not all transcriptionists are created equal so make sure you're getting the best quality product for the price and with a provider you can rely on time and time again! Is the output customizable?
