I am an experienced audio typist, having worked for a major high street bank and an insurance company for over 15 years. I was also responsible for proof-reading transcripts. I can either transcribe your file verbatim, or I can leave out false starts and umm’s, kind of’s, okay’s, etc. I deliver very good TAT (8 hours for 1 hour of audio, with included proofreading). I pay a lot of attention to research and when it comes to working on some things I'm not that familiar with I always strive to get the names and all the spellings correct.
