I have more than 4 years of experience in areas such as customer service, data entry, web researching and email handling. For a year now has been working here in oDesk as a Virtual Assistant and translator. Before oDesk used to be a CSR for Match.com and Liberty Puerto Rico (Both under Call Center Management). I am thorough, a very fast learner, determined to produce quality work and most of all an asset in whichever section I am placed. I'm also proficient with the Microsoft Office Package, Wordpress, PrestaShop, ZenDesk, ShipStation, Photoshop CS6, Illustrator CS6, iTunnes, aWeber, Google Calendar, Google Docs, SnapIt, Camtasia and other programs/Apps.
As a translator I'm capable of handling a wide range of documents from letters, film scripts, websites, legal documents and mobile APPS.
