    Data scientist turned freelance developer specialising in Zoho Creator/CRM + PHP/Angular JS. I trained as a research scientist and as a programmer, graduating from Monash Uni with first class honours in Bioinformatics/Data Mining in July 2011. Since then I have spent 3 years freelancing as a developer/consultant specialising in the Zoho Suite + custom PHP websites. My clients include Microsoft, Intel, Yarra Valley Water, PixcPhotos.com as well as numerous SMEs. I am a native English speaker living in Australia. My communication skills are first rate: I have won numerous prizes for my writing (e.g. a trip to Switzerland) and public speaking (through Toastmasters). Over the last five years, I have built a large number of websites and software applications in Zoho Creator, PHP, Java, .Net and Python. This means I understand web and software development and I can also explain these concepts to non-tech experts. My current focus is on the Zoho Suite. I started using the products myself, and love them so much that I now make a living from setting them up for my clients. I can build just about any application you like in Zoho Creator (view my portfolio for details). I can help boost your sales by setting up Zoho CRM for you. If customer service is your focus, I can set up Zoho Support for you. And if you're using other software (e.g. accounting packages), chances are I can integrate them into Zoho so your backend systems will play together nicely. A note about pricing: Usually I work on a fixed price basis. I will work with you to develop a project specification and then quote to do the whole job rather than working on an hourly basis. This means you have the peace of mind of knowing exactly how much a project will cost. If the scope changes, we will obviously need to discuss a change in price, but I think it is crucial that your expectations are clear as to how much you will be outlaying. The hourly rate on my profile is for the subcontractors working for me. I generally act as a project manager supervising my developers rather than doing the coding myself because I've got too many projects to handle myself. If you do want me to work exclusively on your project, my rate is $150/hour. Generally people prefer to work with me as a project manager because it works out to be more cost effective, faster and just as high quality because I conduct code reviews and my team and I have an intensive manual and automated QA process before handing over work.
