Granted that errors are inevitable in new hires, Chad was unwilling to improve despite all additional training. Due to this, the quality of his work declined and there was no sense of urgency to improve.Chad was hired to work a set schedule and failed to meet the availability times on a consistent basis.The main problem was communication.
