Who we are looking for: We are seeking a part-time Accounting and Finance contractor, who can support and successfully manage accounting activities of the organization. Looking for an account payment and receivable accountant. Roles includes: • Generate and send invoices to customers. • Record and post customer payments received. • Code invoices appropriately and enter them into QuickBooks online. • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies. • Follow up with customers on overdue invoices. • Maintain aging reports and monitor accounts receivable aging to identify past due accounts and escalate as necessary. • Prepare and execute payments to vendors. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies! All work can be done remotely but only US residents living within the lower 48 states will be considered. Background check, credit check and reference check will be carried out prior to engagement. I run a small real estate investment company. We have recently started using Bill.com for AP synced with Quickbooks. We have some vendors/payments that are international (Pesos) and the rest (majority) in US/USD. I want to require all accounts payable requests to be sent to our email that automatically uploads to our bill.com inbox. We are looking for someone to take all invoices in the inbox and create bills categorized to the proper category and class ready for payment to be approval by me.
