Homebuilder in need of document preparation to include siteplan, architectural/structural/electrical plans. Most plan sets are either purchased or have been done in house but need to be changed to meet builder specifications for each project type. Rarely, if ever, will plans need to be drawn from scratch. Projects require a moderate-to-advanced level of practical construction knowledge over and above drafting skills. Accompanying each plan set will be detailed notes of what needs to be changed but it is expected that some small items not explicitly called out, perhaps small detailing, are fixed as part of the process. At the conclusion of the process we expect a full permit set of plans as well as the .dwg files for future use. Any licenses required by purchased plans will be sent along with the job information should a project be awarded.
